Recently I have been finding out that in this world we aren’t that
golden ticket we have been dreaming of. I have realized that we are all
unique in a way, yet we aren’t the biggest one among all. WE do dedicate
to our dreams, competences and abilities like a mighty lion in the
savanna, running towards the innocent gazelle trying to get the meal of
the day, although, sometimes we may not be as fast as the gazelle or a
leopard to catch it. There will be always someone better and faster than us that
will show us that our abilities will be seen as weak as possible.
Most
people I’ve known, they react in a ‘negative’ way, creating a venting
point of rage and a tornado of emotions. (I aint saying that everyone
around me may act this way, yet we all have our ways to show ourselves
to the world in a positive or negative aspect.) Although, its completely
comprehensible to act this way, to let our emotions flow like the mighty
river. We do have the freedom to express ourselves as high as the sky,
to give ourselves to the world and even to make a scene out of a
particular situation.
Why am I writing this? Perhaps to debate myself
into the portion of knowing my own edge, my own evolution and my own
strength within this aspect. We are all different in so many ways, we
work our asses off for our dreams, works, families and even the social
groups that surround us. We all have different levels of strength,
different ways of reacting to 'stuff’, and we are all different among
this world. We are surrounded by different cultures and different social
interactions that may contradict our own self, yet we all have dreams
that are unique to us. We may have the same goals to other human beings
but dreams are unique in their own way, especially in us.
Either way, I have seen ways why people fight towards their dreams, to
be the best they can be among society. Although, sometimes we may not be
the expression of the world or the golden coin that the entire world
will like us for who we are and what we do. Yeah, there is someone over
us that knows more and shows more experience, that’s why there are
teachers, directors, bosses and even parents. They are there for a
reason, because they actually broke their backs to work in this world to
be where they are. Sadly, some may take it as a negative emotion,
taking it as a threat.
It’s kind of pointless in my
own way yet it may be right to their eyes, yet to mine, it’s quite
emotionally and physically tiring. We all have to fight and keep going,
trying to reach our goals and maybe our dreams. After all, the thing we
all have left is our pride. That’s the only reason we keep our journey
through the yellow road, trying to find our Wizard of Oz. Not everyone
can be Doroty, but you can have the mightiest heart, the biggest brain
or even the courage to continue battling your way against the
BatMonkeys! Me, personally, I’m proud to be Toto: small, scrappy, and
probably the most determined of the bunch. The small silly little dog
that has no clue what is going on most of the time, but sticks with
Doroty no matter what. Now, that’s love~
But for some, maybe fighting is a way to keep their pride up high,
believing that way they will be the biggest of them all, the biggest
around the earth. Well, let me tell you something guys, at the other
side of the world there might be a Japanese dude or girl who might even
be 10 times better than you. No, not trying to be racist, actually I
have a Japanese friend at the university, which I admire, she is
insanely smart! I just love the fact that there are great minds out
there trying to change the world.
Yet in other cases, others who have
actually the potential to do something great don’t even try to continue
the journey. Instead, they are conformists who won’t even look back and
notice what they have in their own hands and yet complain about others
surrounding them. Sadly, they won’t even try to change and fight for
what they have and who they are. Fight for what you have! Be proud of
what you do! Fight against yourself instead of others, because the only
person who will succeed is YOU not the person next to you. YOU are the
one who will win and don’t compare yourself, you are unique in your own
way, stop complaining and do something for YOURSELF! You are valuable
for who you are! Pride is all you have and pride is the only thing that
will keep you from falling.
Have a nice week guys and don't forget to smile!
yours kindly,
The Wandering Terrier~
PEACE
